Pat Murphy, Broker/Owner of Niwot Real Estate has been a resident of Niwot for 30 years. A Realtor for over 25 years in Boulder County, Pat is a specialist in Boulder County Real Estate Sales specializing in Niwot. She volunteers much of her time in the Niwot Community, serving on the Senior Advisory Council and Niwot Business Association. Every spring she sponsors and runs the very popular Niwot Easter Egg Hunt.

Jane Harrison, Owner/Broker Associate of Niwot Real Estate, has been resident of Boulder County since 1966. A former partner with Niwot Custom Home Builders, Jane has expertise in new home construction in Boulder, Weld and Larimer Counties. She's been a Realtor since 1985 working with Niwot Real Estate's parent company prior to the establishment of Niwot Real Estate. An avid outdoor sports enthusiast, Jane plays volleyball and tennis and can fill you in on all the leagues in Boulder.

Charlotte Woodward, Broker Associate Originally from Louisiana Charlotte has lived in the Niwot, Longmont area for over 20 years. She has been a Realtor with Niwot Real Estate since 1993. Tara Murphy, Broker Associate Tara is a Niwot Native, born and raised in Niwot. She is a graduate of Niwot High School and Purdue University. Tara has been in real estate pretty much her whole life being the daughter of Pat Murphy. She received her license in 2003.
