Pat Murphy, Broker/Owner of Niwot Real Estate has been a resident of Niwot for 30 years. Charlotte Woodward, Broker Associate Originally from Louisiana Charlotte has lived in the Niwot, Longmont area for over 20 years. She has been a Realtor with Niwot Real Estate since 1993. Tara Murphy, Broker Associate Tara is a Niwot Native, born and raised in Niwot. She is a graduate of Niwot High School and Purdue University. Tara has been in real estate pretty much her whole life being the daughter of Pat Murphy. She received her license in 2003.
